Refund policy

At Blissful Lane, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your product to initiate a return.  (If you have a P.O. Box, it is 5 days from the date the product was delivered to the P.O. Box, not when you pick it up). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Items that have not been issued a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.  

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for any returns.  In some instances, a shipping label will be provided for returns.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Please note that we do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Jewelry
  • Hair accessories
  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Hats
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Special orders
  • Personalized items

We recommend that you carefully review the product descriptions and sizing information before making your purchase to ensure that you are selecting the right item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5-days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can initiate the return process and a obtain a return authorization number.  A shipping label will provided for defective, damaged, or wrong item returns.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of returned product(s) being received. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
